  • Receive and certify acknowledgments or proof of such written instruments as deeds, mortgages, and powers of attorney

  • Demand acceptance or payment of foreign and inland bills of exchange, promissory notes, and obligations in writing, and protesting the same for non-payment

Traveling fee schedule*:

0-5 miles | $40.00
6-10 miles | $45.00
11-15 miles | $50.00
16-20 miles | $55.00
21-25 miles | $60.00
26-30 miles | $65.00
31-35 miles | $70.00

Other locations considered upon contact.

The traveling fee is in addition to the applicable legally allowable notary fees.
*Subject to change. Mileage is rounded to near whole number and is calculated from our Glens Falls, NY office address. Credit card transactions may incur a processing fee. There may be a weekend surcharge of $25.00 added for Saturday, Sunday, and federal holidays.
